At Jannet’s Waxing Studio we do not believe in late fees. However there is a 10 minute grace period , after which you will be charged 50% of your service. Canceling/ Rescheduling within the 48 hour window will result in a 50% charge of your service Canceling/ Rescheduling same day of appointment will result in a 75% charge No Call No Shows will result in a 100% Charge If the card on file is blocked or there are insufficient funds you will be unable to make future appointments unless your balance that is due is paid in full . If you chose to dispute the charge , you will be unable to make any future appointments with me and will be banned from booking . If you are on your monthly menstrual cycle please wear a tampon to your service . I kindly ask that if you smoke whether it’s cigarettes or the occasional marijuana that you refrain from doing so prior to your appointment. My studio is a small space with limited ventilation , and it’s also a place where people come to get intimate services done.
