Late Arrivals : There is a 7-minute grace period for all appointments, and I do not charge a late fee. If you arrive more than 7 minutes late, I'll do my best to fit you in if my schedule allows. However, if your late arrival affects the rest of my schedule or I don't have enough time to complete your service, your appointment will be canceled, and you will be charged for the full appointment amount. Canceling/ Rescheduling : Within the 48 hour window will result in a 50% charge of your service Canceling/ Rescheduling same day of appointment will result in a 75% charge No Call No Shows will result in a 100% Charge If the card on file is blocked or there are insufficient funds you will be unable to make future appointments unless your balance that is due is paid in full . If you chose to dispute the charge , you will be unable to make any future appointments with me and will be banned from booking . Menstrual Cycle : If you are on your monthly menstrual cycle you can still get waxed , I just ask that you wear a tampon to your service . The 48 hour reschedule / cancellation policy still applies I kindly ask that if you smoke whether it’s cigarettes or the occasional marijuana that you refrain from doing so prior to your appointment. My studio is a small space with limited ventilation , and it’s also a place where people come to get intimate services done.
